First things first, I want to get to know you and your space better! You'll start by filling out a questionnaire where you can tell me all about you, your space, and what you envision. At the same time, you'll also have a chance to upload photos and measurements of your space.

Next, we'll hop on a 30 minute zoom to get to know each other better. We'll have a chance to go over your questionnaire and talk more about possibilities, priorities, expectations, etc.

Throughout the duration of your project, you'll be able to contact me at any time using the messaging system in your client portal. That way, everything is in one place for the duration of your project.

No matter which room we're tackling, I'll come up with three different floor plan ideas for your space. Are you starting from scratch or do have some specific furniture pieces you want to incorporate? No problem! Each floor plan will be completely customized to your wants and needs.

Most designers only work in 2D when they design floor plans... but not me! I work in 2D and 3D, which means with each floor plan idea, I'll provide you with 3D views so you can fully immerse yourself into the design.

Accompanying each floor plan idea is a screen recording where I walk you through each of the floor plans. This is a great chance for you to learn about my decision-making process and the advantages and disadvantages of each floor plan, so you can make an informed choice.

If you see some things you'd like changed in one of the floor plans, or want to combine a couple of the ideas into a single plan, you can! With this package, I offer one round of revisions, leading to your final floor plan design.

After talking about the changes you'd like to make, I’ll send over the final plan! With the final floor plan, you'll have all the measurements needed for shopping and executing the plans accurately. I include details such as the sofa size, picture frame dimensions to create the gallery wall, and guidelines to follow for hanging artwork. Pretty cool, right?

Once you pay the deposit, you’ll have immediate access to your client portal. By paying the deposit, this secures a spot in my calendar.

In your client portal, you’ll fill out a questionnaire and tell me all about your space. You’ll also upload photos of your space along with all the important dimensions, so I can give you an accurate quote before we move forward.

Upon receiving your questionnaire, photos, and dimensions of your space, I'll provide you with a custom quote for your space and a link to schedule a virtual consultation.

Once I receive payment in full, I'll start on your project! Within 7 business days of payment, I'll design and send you three different floor plan ideas based on our conversation.

After you pick a floor plan to move forward with, I'll make any necessary revisions and send over the final plans! The final plans will also include styling ideas for blank walls, as well as any notes to help you execute the plan when you're ready.

The virtual consultation will last about 30-45 minutes. Afterwards, I’ll send you an invoice for the remaining amount. If you decide to cancel or reschedule BEFORE our consultation, you’ll have 72 hours to do so.

Floor plans are 2D drawings that specify where the furniture should go and how big it should be. That way you know exactly what you should be shopping for!
What is a floor plan & why do i need one?
How much is it?
To get started and secure a date in my calendar, you'll be asked to pay a $250 deposit. After I receive your information and dimensions of your space, I'll send over a custom quote. After our consultation, you'll be asked to pay the remaining amount. All payments are due in full and up front before any design work begins.

All of my projects begin with space planning and floor plans before selecting any colors, materials, furniture, etc. This space planning package gives us a chance to work together and make sure it’s a good fit before diving into a larger project. If you’d like help with the design aspect, please let me know and we can discuss it further after I completed the floor plans.
