First things first, I want to get to know you and your space better! You'll start by filling out a questionnaire where you can tell me all about you, your space, and what you envision.

Next, we'll hop on a 30 minute zoom to get to know each other better! We'll have a chance to go over your questionnaire and talk more about possibilities, priorities, expectations, etc. 

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Throughout the duration of your project, you'll be able to contact me any time you need using the messaging system in your client portal. That way, everything is in one place. 

COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL

With your personalized client portal, you'll have access to everything at your fingertips. Whether that's messages, appointments, invoices, contracts, images, floor plans, etc... everything is in one place- even once your project is finished!

PERSONALIZED CLIENT PORTAL

No matter which room we're tackling, I'll come up with three different floor plan ideas for your space. Are you starting from scratch or do have some personal pieces you want to incorporate? No problem! Each floor plan will be completely customized to your wants and needs.

Most designers only work in 2D when they design floor plans... but not me! I work in 2D and 3D, which means with each floor plan idea, I'll provide you with 3D views so you can fully immerse yourself into the design.

That's another thing that sets me apart- I don't stop designing at the floor... I give you a full plan of action for your space. When you work with me, you're not only getting ideas about furniture placement, but I'll also show you exactly what you should do with those blank walls!

Accomanying each floor plan idea is a screen recording where I walk you through each of the floor plans. This is a great opportunity for me to tell you about why I made certain decisions, as well as mention some pros and cons of each floor plan so you can an informed decision.

After you choose one of the floor plans to move forward with, I’ll send over a final 2D floor plan, which includes all the necessary measurements… like how big that sofa is, how big each picture frame is in that gallery wall, and how high to hang that artwork. That way, you’ll know exactly what you should be shopping for and how to make it look just like the plans! Pretty cool, right?

I’m here if you need me! Included in this space planning package is five business days of email support after I hand over the final plans. That means, if you have questions about the plans, simply send me a message! Questions about other projects/rooms that are outside what's outlined in our agreement are subject to my hourly rate.

How It Works

Once you secure a spot in my calendar and pay the deposit, you'll have immediate access to your client portal.

In your client portal, you'll fill out the client questionnaire and tell me all about your space. You'll also send me photos of your space along with all the important dimensions so I can give you an accurate quote.

HOMEWORK

After I receive your questionnaire, photos, and dimensions of your space, I'll send you a link to book our virtual consultation. You can expect this meeting to last about 30-45 minutes. Afterwards, I'll send you an invoice for the remaining amount.

Once I receive payment in full, I'll start on your project! Within 7 business days of our zoom call, I'll design and send you three different floor plans based on our conversation.

After you pick a floor plan to move forward with, I'll finalize it and include all the necessary dimensions. The final plans will also include styling ideas for blank walls, as well as any notes to help you execute the plan when you're ready.

Most projects take three weeks to complete after our consultation.

Some call it a floor plan, others call it space planning, a layout, or a furniture arrangement. Whatever you want to call it- it's the foundation to designing a beautiful space!  Floor plans are 2D drawings that indicate where the furniture should go and how big it should be. That way you know exactly what you should be shopping for!

What is a floor plan & why do i need one?

I charge a flat fee of $4 per square foot for floor plans. To calculate a rough estimate, please multiply the length and width of your room to get the square footage. After our consultation, I'll send over a custom proposal for your space.

How much is it?

To get started and secure a date in my calendar, you'll be asked to pay a $250 deposit. After our virtual consultation, I'll email over a proposal and invoice for the remaining amount. All payments are due in full and up front before any design work begins.

when & how do i pay?

Of course! In order to receive a refund, you must cancel within 72 hours of our virtual consultation. Unfortuanyly, I can not refund you if you cancel within 72 hours of our consultation. 

what if i change my mind, can i cancel?

No revisions are included in this space planning package. However, if you'd like me to make any adjustments, I'm more than happy to do so! Please note: Revisions are billed by the hour and payment is due before any revised plans are sent to you.

Do you include any revisions or changes?

I would call my interior design style transitional with a contemporary edge. I appreciate traditional design as well as modern and contemporary. And when the two collide… that’s where the magic happens.

Do you specialize in any particular style of interior design?

You are in charge of hiring and getting quotes from contractors, builders, architects, or any other trades needed.

Who hires contractors and other trades?

Minimum is one room and the maximum would be an entire house. If you need help with a kitchen, bathroom, or laundry room, please contact me for a custom proposal.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM PROJECT SIZE THAT YOU WORK WITH?

That's totally ok! I charge by the square foot, so if you'd like to focus on a certain spot in your open concept space, we can definitely do that!

what if I HAVE AN open-concept space?

No. I don't purchase any furniture or decor on your behalf. The only other additional costs you may occur is if you want me to revise any of the floor plans, or want to consult about something beyond the scope of the project.

DO YOU HAVE ANY MARKUP COSTS OR FEES FOR PRODUCTS?
